Court Mandated

Our professional clinicians provide group and individual programming to enhance clinical skills and program integrity. They also ensure that program monitoring, including weekly documentation of updates on their clients' progress, is completed.

Along with the clinical training, they hold one or more of the following training skills to perform their duties.

  • SFP Facility Training
  • Moral Recognition Training (MRT)
  • Seeking Safety Training

Douglas County Family Treatment Court

The mission of the Family Treatment Court of the Douglas County Juvenile Court is to develop and sustain a collaborative systematic team approach to promote healthy, stable, permanent, drug-free, and safe families for children whose parents have substance use issues.

Douglas County CHANCE Court

The Douglas County Chance Court is a mental health accountability court serving moderate to high-risk youth who are adjudicated as delinquent or as a Child in Need of Services. It serves youth aged 12-16 with a diagnosed mental health disorder. CHANCE Court will utilize individualized case plans, intensive case management, peer support, and therapeutic interactions with the Judge.
