Dr. Gerald Rhett, Ph.D., LCSW, CADCII, SAP, CCS has been in the field of chemical dependency since 1989 with the sum of his experience consisting of clinical supervision, program development, implementation, and evaluation.

Gerald has served as a consultant for programs as diverse as homelessness, chemical dependency and at risk youth. He is trained and accomplished in the following areas: empirical research, project/program development, implementation and evaluation, leadership development, and contract compliance. Additionally, Dr. Rhett is skilled in addictive disorders and related psychiatric illnesses, AIDS/HIV, family systems, women’s issues, and at-risk populations. Because of Dr. Rhett’s diverse experience, he blends a humanistic approach with sound leadership, helping to advance innovative concepts into real world application.

As a leader he has guided organizational projects efficiently thereby promoting significant program effectiveness with the utilization of modern technology along with evidence based theoretical framework to assist his client’s, staff, and agency with maintaining integrated treatment modals, cutting edge services, and community ties.

Dr. Rhett received his B.A. in Social Work from Lehman College, Masters in Social Work from Kennesaw State University, and his Ph.D. in Psychology from Capella University. Dr. Rhett remains active in the community, mentoring, developing and training individuals on attaining academic success and professional leadership skills.
